Various United Nation bodies in the past 27 years condemned the Islamic Republic Regime for violation of human right.

According to article 35 and 36 of the constitution of the regime, everybody is assured the right of defense and the right of legal court, but even the criminal Iranian regime’s band does not stick to its own so called humane rules.

Since February 1979 the criminal rulers of Iran, have executed more than ten thousand patriots of Iran, without considering any legal procedures.In a space of just 48 hours during the past week, they executed 12 people and issued 15 execution orders, which indeed is illegal, because they never considered any legal right on their procedures. (As Mr.Valyollah Fiez Mahdavi mentioned in his audio tape).
Article 35: In all courts, two parties have right of selecting lawyer for themselves, even if are not able to get a lawyer, the court should provide one for them.

Article 36: Any sentence and execution must go through the justice court and according to the law.
I declare that:

1- The executions that happened in the past, and the issuing execution order for Valyollah Fiez Mahdavi, and all political and normal prisoners are a crime against humanity.

2- Remembering the mass murders of political prisoners in the summer of 1988, I proclaim that the Islamic regime’s systematic invasion of people’s rights and human rights declarations will continue as long as they remain in power.

3- I demand from International Organization and other Human Rights bodies to break their purposeful silence and take swift action by using all facilities to prevent the eminent execution of Valyollah Fiez Mahdavi and other political murders.
